Laying Instructions

  1. Lay as soon as possible after delivery.
  2. Prepare a quality sandy loam with all previous weeds and grasses completely removed.
  3. Level the surface before laying.
  4. Water immediately after laying until soaked underfoot.

Watering Instructions

  1. Keep moist for 10 days after laying with morning and night watering.
  2. Once established, water as required.

Mowing & Maintenance

  1. Mow every 1–2 weeks in summer.
  2. Mow every 2–3 weeks in autumn.
  3. Mow as required in winter.
  4. Fertiliser recommended in October and May; better winter colour retention if fertilised in late autumn.
  5. Once established, a harsh mow mid-spring to remove thatch and encourage new growth.
  6. Weeds controlled by weed and feed.
  7. Once established, water as required.
